the Seattle

from $29.50

Acrylic print. Paper: Cold press cotton ragweed textured fine art paper.

the story behind the art: This piece was an experiment. I had no clue how it would turn out. As I stood back and looked at the finished piece, it reminded me of the Gum Wall in Seattle, Washington. The first time I saw the Gum Wall, we were in town to present a research paper at a Sociology conference. Our presentation went well. We did all the touristy things in our time off. And, I remember being in awe of my team member Kels who radiated confidence and self-assuredness. They are one of my favorite humans and continue to be an inspiration to me each day.
